Modefabriek Summer 2026 takes place 5 and 6 July at TAETS Art and Event Park in Zaandam, bringing together leading womenswear brands, a Responsible Route, and a reimagined festival layout.
Modefabriek returns to TAETS Art and Event Park on the Hembrugterrein in Zaandam on 5 and 6 July 2026, bringing its twice-yearly womenswear trade event back to the industrial waterfront setting it moved to last summer. This edition arrives with a redesigned layout: buildings positioned closer together to create a more compact, intuitive flow that guides visitors naturally past every brand, anchored by a festival-style outdoor area at the centre of the site.
Since pivoting exclusively to womenswear in 2024, Modefabriek has positioned itself as the destination for Dutch and Northern European fashion buyers, offering collections that range from major global brands to emerging labels and size-inclusive and lifestyle-led propositions. This edition's programme includes brand presentations, pop-up showrooms, industry talks, and the Responsible Route, a curated trail through labels committed to reducing their environmental impact. Confirmed on this edition's Responsible Route are Elemente Clemente, Garcia, Indi and Cold, LaSalle, Marc O'Polo, Mos Mosh, MSCH Copenhagen, Pink Noir, and Woden.
Beyond the collections, the event runs closer to a festival than a conventional trade show. In Pand 41, the large gallery space by the water, Penn and Ink N.Y. presents a new collective. JC Sophie is hosting visitors in its own brasserie in Pand 43. In the Event Garden, Summum is running a Parade of Wonders including a ferris wheel ride. 10DAYS is presenting its new collection, Mexx is serving freshly made Dutch stroopwafels, and The American Book Center has a curated selection of fashion, interior, art, and photography books on site.
The fair is open Sunday 5 July and Monday 6 July from 10am to 5pm. Tickets are €15 excluding VAT and are valid for both days. Free parking is available at the Stormhoek visitor car park, with shuttle buses running directly to the venue in under five minutes.
